She is our dear mother, the love of our beloved (pbuh) A beacon of knowledge, a sun that never sets She is Aisha In our hearts she lives on The love of our beloved We're all guided by her light How many times did the Prophet's face illuminate hers She is the sweet nectar Daughter of As-Siddiq (Abu Bakr) He was the Messenger's best friend Aisha She lives on in the hearts of the believers She witnessed the revelation of the Quran, the sublime guidance She's a model of knowledge, God-consciousness, purity and innocence The kindest soul, the Messenger's beloved wife She's a role model for all women Her story is told through the ages She was always fasting, always praying at night The Messenger's beloved wife Allah has honoured her through her character and faith And raised her rank by the Prophet's love for her Whose wife is she? Whose daughter is she?
